At AIM, we are fortunate to have a great team of nurturing, experienced teachers who have worked together in family-like environment for many years. Our head teachers all have completed their Montessori training; in addition, they have either taught at another school for several years, or have completed a multi-year junior teacher program right here at AIM. All of our teachers—assistants and head teachers alike—speak with the children only in their native languages: they are native speakers of Mandarin, if they teach in the Chinese program, or of Japanese.
Because our program has acquired a reputation of excellence, we regularly receive many inquiries of newly-trained and experienced Montessori teachers who want to join AIM. We welcome resume submissions, and will contact you if we are interested in having a conversation.
