OUR STAFF

At AIM, we are fortunate to have a great team of nurturing, experienced teachers who have worked together in a family-like environment for many years. Our head teachers all have completed their Montessori training. In addition, they have either taught at another school for several years or have completed a multi-year junior teacher program right here at AIM. All of our teachers—assistants, and head teachers alike—speak with the children only in their native languages.

 

Because our program has acquired a reputation of excellence, we regularly receive many inquiries from newly-trained and experienced Montessori teachers who want to join AIM. We welcome resume submissions and will contact you if it is a good fit.
